Returns and Exchanges

REFUSE DELIVERY

In the event that the delivered goods have been tampered with or are not intact, the customer can refuse to sign the delivery document. The goods will be returned to Fishirt snc.
There are no other reasons for non-acceptance of the goods.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS / RETURN / REFUND

The Customer who wishes to change the size, color or item must notify the email address info@fishirt.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once the return request has been received, our assistance service will send you a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

The products to be returned must not have been ironed, washed or treated in any way and must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer. The return will be accepted only if the item is perfectly intact.

The goods to be returned must be delivered to the Express Courier within 14 days from the date of approval of the RETURN.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed as soon as you complete receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within a maximum of 30 days , and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
