The Customer who wishes to change the size, color or item must notify the email address info@fishirt.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once the return request has been received, our assistance service will send you a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.

The products to be returned must not have been ironed, washed or treated in any way and must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer. The return will be accepted only if the item is perfectly intact.

The goods to be returned must be delivered to the Express Courier within 14 days from the date of approval of the RETURN.

Our products are handcrafted and parcels are usually shipped and sent via the express courier GLS or BRT with evasion in the following 4/5 working days with delivery in the following 24/48h (Islands or remote areas can vary up to 72h) . You will receive a link to check your package's progress and shipment status online.

For "Custom" products, 5 working days are required for the garment to be made. Delivery times will therefore be slightly longer.

If the delivery of the goods is a workplace or other place where the recipient's name does not appear on the letterbox or on the intercom , please enter the company name or give us as much information as possible about the shipment by filling in the Cart form correctly > > Shipping.
